1. Delivery Time

-The delivery time depends on the shipping method and country you chose when checking out. Please refer to the shipping table as below for average delivery time

for different continents.

-For the detailed delivery time of your country, you will see it when choosing the shipping method during the checkout process.


-Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries. Once you entered the shipping address, you can choose the available delivery services.

-Shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

-You can check the Expected Delivery Date on your Account after your package is shipped.

- If some of the items are out of stock in your order, and we want to make the package arrived earlier. In this case, we will split your order and sent the available item(s) firstly and your sub-order will be shipped for free. It may take a few days longer for your sub-order to arrive. 2. Delivery Notes

-Expedited Shipping method cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses. For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others,

please contact us within 1 month of shipment,our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.

-The estimated delivery time (does not include weekends or public holidays) is from the date that your parcel was shipped.

-Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depends on size and weight. Parcels will be delivered at working days and working hours,

please offer an available address where someone can accept it as a signature may be required.

-Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.

-If you are not in when the parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where the parcel is.

It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.

3. For Undelivered Solution

-Parcels may take longer due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes which cannot be foreseen or avoided such as

war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays,

a proper solution will be worked out by Yoins to decrease your losses.

-Yoins does not ship to China, South Sudan, Syrian, Yemen, or Crimea.

-Other shipping methods except for Expedited Shipping Service, please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time, our representative of

customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.

4. Shipping insurance Privilege

- What is the shipping insurance?

Due to the nature of international shipping, damage, missing items or other events out of our direct control, such as the transportation accidents, the atrocious weather or the strike during transit cannot always be entirely avoided, the parcel cannot arrive successfully or arrive delayed.

Shipping insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. It offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping.

About the shipping insurance, most countries can be covered, while there are some countries exclusions. Insurance can be purchased on the checkout page.

- What privilege for the customer after purchasing the shipping insurance?

Free refund or resend

After the customer purchased shipping insurance, Yoins will provide a refund or resend service if the items have been confirmed it was lost or damaged.

If the order was split after placed, the customer still can enjoy a refund or resend in each sub-order if the items have been confirmed it was lost or damaged.

If the items are split into two or more orders on the checkout page due to the different warehouse or different inventory status, customers should pay the shipping insurance for each order in order to get a refund or resend when there is/are the damage or missing items.

Importance note:

If anyone item of the order was shipped, the original shipping insurance is non-refundable.

- Which situations are not been included in the shipping insurance?

(1) The order was retained by customs department due to any of these reasons: importation of the goods is restricted; retained by customs due to tax payable, or any other unspecified reasons.

(2) The order was destroyed by the local post office in accordance with local laws relating to the restricted importation of products.
