Return Policy

We have developed this policy to extend our commitment to higher customer satisfaction and to provide our customers with one of the best after-sale services in this industry.



Yoins.com Item Return Policy

Items bought on Yoins.com can be returned within 14 days after delivery. If your order does not have a tracking number, you can return the item(s) from 35 days after shipment. Please check the order shipment date and order related notifications which you should have received by email.

For logistics issues, please contact us within 40 working days of order shipment, after the delay we have the right to refuse a refund or a reissue, thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

If you received damaged items or their size/color does not match with the ones you ordered, we will give you a full refund or send you a new product for free. Generally speaking, we need 24 hours to deal with this issue. The full details of our return policies are listed here below:


Quality Problems

If you received damaged items, please send some photos and a description of the problem to our Customer Service within 14 days after delivery. We will send you a replacement or we will issue a full refund once the nature of the problem has been identified.


Return Dislike Item(s)

If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) and receive a refund within 14 days after delivery. Please contact us first to verify your request. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. PS: All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.


Received The Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item(s), you can:

1. Exchange it for a new correct one

OR

2. Return it for a full refund.

Please contact our customer service and send us the details about the wrong item within 14 days after delivery. We will resend the correct item for free or refund you the full price. P.S.: all returned items must be in brand-new conditions, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.


Size Does Not Match

You can find all the details about the sizes of each item on every product page. Please pay attention to the description of each product and to the information of your order.

If you notice that the size of the product you ordered does not fit you, you can follow one of the procedures listed here below:

1. Size not as ordered: you can contact our Customer Service directly to be issued a full refund or to receive a product with the right size for free.

2. Size as ordered but does not fit: the size of each item may have an inaccuracy of about 3cm/1.5 inch due to hand measurements. If you find yourself in this situation, you can contact us and apply for a return. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

3. If the size difference is above 3cm/1.5 inch. Please contact us first to show us the problem. We will send you a replacement or we will issue a full refund once the nature of the problem has been identified.


Color Does Not Match

The precise color of each item may vary depending on the computer screen settings, the background and the lighting conditions. Slight mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on your computer screen may not mean that the item is defective or mismatched. However, if you feel that you have received an item in the wrong color, you can follow the same procedure described in the section "Received the wrong item" here above.

How to tell us your request for a refund, replacement or return? Please send us (cservice@yoins.com /service@yoins.com) an email with all the information listed here below, we will verify your request and contact you back in 24 hours:

1. Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.

2. Shipping label (outside the package).

3. Reasons for return.

4. Photos to show the nature of the problem so to know if there is any quality-related problem or if you received the item(s) in wrong size\color.

For the returned item(s), we will refund you after we have received your package and inspected it.

Important Notes

1. Due to hygiene reasons,we cannot offer refunds on earrings, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, unless the items are visibly defective.

2. Please also note that item(s) must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any pair of shoes returned to Yoins must not be worn and must be returned in their original box too.

3. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of using express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
